| Terms/Notes - AMA | This capacity is released pursuant to an asset management arrangement ("AMA") between New Mexico Gas Company ("Releasing Shipper"), and BP Energy Company from April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023. Subject to the terms of an AMA, Asset Manager is required to deliver natural gas to Releasing Shipper in an amount up to one hundred percent (100%) to the released capacity on any day during the term of the release. |
