In the event of a point change, subject to the availability of capacity, the Award Rate is extended to KM Keystone Storage (POI #78386), West Texas Pool (POI #58646) and Central Pool (POI #58649). ALTERNATE DELIVERY POINTS: All delivery points in the East of Thoreau area existing at the date of execution Releaser Contract 105419. |
| Terms/Notes - AMA | his capacity is released pursuant to an asset management arrangement ("AMA") between New Mexico Gas Company ("Releasing Shipper"), and ConocoPhillips Company from May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026. Subject to the terms of an AMA, Asset Manager is required to deliver natural gas to Releasing Shipper in an amount up to one hundred percent (100%) to the released capacity on any day during the term of the release. |
