| Terms/Notes - AMA | This capacity is released pursuant to an Asset Management Arrangement (the "AMA") between Southwest Gas Corporation ("SWG"), the releasing shipper, and ConocoPhillips Company ("Conoco"), the replacement shipper. Conoco, as asset manager, will acquire 50,000 MMBtus/Day of SWG's capacity for the period from November 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Subject to the terms of the AMA, Conoco agrees to sell and deliver natural gas to SWG, as requested, on each day of the term of the AMA in an amount up to one hundred percent (100%) of the released capacity. The capacity is being released on a recallable basis, with the ability to recall the capacity based upon the termination of the AMA |
