| Terms/Notes - AMA | The capacity released hereunder is being released pursuant to an asset management arrangement (the "AMA") between UNS Gas, Inc ("UNS"), the releasing shipper, and Tucson Electric Power Company ("TEP") the replacement shipper. Pursuant to the AMA, TEP, as asset manager, is acquiring volume's/Day of UNS capacity for each month of the term December 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024. Subject to the terms of the AMA, TEP has agreed to sell and deliver natural gas to UNS at delivery points on the Transwestern Pipeline on each Day of the term of the AMA in an amount up to volume MMBtus/Day. |
