This release of capacity is effective through
the end of the day on the End Date reflected
in this offer (Primary Term), and shall continue
year to year unless and until terminated by
written notice by either Transporter or Replacement
Shipper at least one hundred and eighty (180) days
prior to the end of the primary term or any extended
term thereafter.
The Replacement Shipper shall pay the award
reservation rate specified in the award contract
each month based on the Dth of contract demand.
Transporter's maximum tariff rate changes may
also affect the reservation rate to the extent
