in this offer (Primary Term), and shall continue
year to year unless and until terminated by
written notice by either Transporter or Replacement
Shipper at least one year prior to the end of
the primary term or any extended term thereafter.
The Replacement Shipper shall pay the award
reservation rate specified in the award contract
each month based on the Dth of contract demand.
Transporter's maximum tariff rate changes may
also affect the reservation rate to the extent
an award reservation rate is intended to be
equal to the maximum tariff rate.
