To: All Transwestern Customers

Subject: Force Majeure - Maljamar Compressor Station (Carlsbad Area, NM).

Reason: Maljamar Compressor Station has experienced a mechanical failure.

REVISION 1 - The mechanical failure at the Maljamar Compressor Station has been repaired. Transwestern will bring the capacity back up to the original capacity on ID 1 today, Friday 9/22/23.

This Force Majeure event will affect receipt volumes from the Frontier Maljamar Plant POI 10552.

Gas Day September 21, 2023 (Intraday 3) thru September 22, 2023

Total capacity for Frontier Maljamar POI 10552 will be reduced from 75,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 50,000 MMBtu/d.

Gas Day September 22, 2023 (Intraday 1)

Total capacity for Frontier Maljamar POI 10552 will increase from 50,000 MMBtu/d to 75,000 MMBtu/d.
