To: All Transwestern Customers

Subject: Force Majeure - Station 6 Compressor Station (Laguna, NM).

Reason: Station 6 has experienced a mechanical failure.

This Force Majeure event will affect receipt volumes flowing west through Station 6 Laguna, NM - (East Mainline receipts coming from the West Texas and Panhandle Laterals).

Gas Day September 12, 2025  (Intraday 1)

Total capacity for Station 6 receipt volumes (west flow) will be reduced from 750,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 650,000 MMBtu/d.

Gas Day September 13, 2025

Total capacity for Station 6 receipt volumes (west flow) will increase from 650,000 MMBtu/d to 750,000 MMBtu/d.
