Subject:  Panhandle Lateral - Pipeline Outage - P2 Station to Valve P311

Revision 1: Outage will be extended through Wednesday August 20, 2025.

Reason: Hydrostat Test

A section of Transwestern's Panhandle Lateral will be taken out of service for hydrostatic testing during this outage. Flows from Station 9 to P3 and flows from P3 to Station 9 will be taken to zero (0). Some inter-lateral receipt and deliveries may be accommodated.  Please contact your account or scheduling representative with any questions.
