July 29, 2025 To: All Transwestern Customers Subject: Force Majeure - Station 9 Compressor Station (Roswell, NM). Reason: Station 9 (Roswell, NM) has a mechanical failure. This reduction will affect receipt volumes from the West Texas & Panhandle laterals flowing through the East Mainline system. Gas Day July 30, 2025 Total capacity for Station9 receipt volumes will be reduced from 750,000 MMBtu/d to 680,000 MMBtu/d. West Texas Lateral capacity will be reduced from 750,000 MMBtu/d to 680,000 MMBtu/d. Gas Day July 31, 2025 Total capacity for Station 9 receipt volumes will increase from 680,000 MMBtu/d to 750,000 MMBtu/d. West Texas Lateral capacity will increase from 680,000 MMBtu/d to 750,000 MMBtu/d. Transwestern reserves the right to revise the above listed schedule. Please continue to monitor Transwestern website for updates and schedule changes. |
