To: All Transwestern Customers

Subject: Force Majeure - Station 8 Compressor Station (Corona, NM).

Reason: Station 8 has experienced a mechanical failure.

This Force Majeure event will affect receipt volumes from the West Texas & Panhandle Laterals flowing West through Station 9 (Roswell, NM).

REVISION 1 - Unit 803 at Station 8 has been repaired. Transwestern will bring the capacity back upto normal for Evening Cycle for Gas Day 11/8/24.

Gas Day November 7th, 2024

Total capacity for Station 9 receipt volumes (West flow) will be reduced from 750,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 650,000 MMBtu/d.

Gas Day November 8th, 2024

Total capacity for Station 9 receipt volumes (West flow) will increase from 650,000 MMBtu/d to 750,000 MMBtu/d.
