If specific Pooling Area Pools are indicated as Receipt Locations,
the reference is to all generally available Pools and Additional
Individual Receipt Points in such Pooling Area.
Max Trf Rate and Rate Chgd expressed as blended rates
derived by adding the Commodity Charge and the unitized
Reservation Charge, calculated on an assumed 100% load factor
basis based on K Holder's K Qty-K, unless otherwise stated.
K Holder pays Reservation Charge regardless of quantities
transported.
Compressor Usage Surcharge (CUS), if applicable, is subject to change
semi-annually and/or subject to FERC approval.
Receipts from points and/or pools listed above as Cap Type Name:
Secondary are applicable only to the Delivery Points listed in this
posting at the rate(s) stated. Deliveries to points listed above as
Cap Type Name: Secondary are applicable only from receipt points
and/or pools listed in this posting at the rate(s) stated.
The Rate Chgd specified above shall apply only to the eligible
locations listed and not exceed the K Qty - Loc noted.

Maximum Delivery Obligation: 90,000 Dth/D

After Primary Term End Date, Agreement will continue year to year
thereafter and until terminated by written notice given by either
party to the other party at least 180 days prior to the end of
the primary term or any extended term thereafter; provided that
this Agreement shall terminate on and service shall not extend
beyond March 31, 2031.
The rate which Transporter shall bill and Shipper shall pay under the
Agreement for services up to the Contract Demand (as in effect on
the Effective Date hereof) shall be a Daily Reservation Charge of
$0.2625/Dth for the capacity reserved to the Dell Plant Power Primary
Delivery Point. The Reservation Charge amount due each Month
shall be calculated by multiplying the specified Daily Reservation
Charge by the applicable Demand Determinant (Maximum Delivery
Obligation divided by Swing Ratio specified above times
30.41667, regardless of the quantity of the gas transported during
the Service Month.
Shipper shall also pay the maximum applicable Commodity Rate plus
applicable EPC for quantities delivered.
The Receipt Point(s) eligible for the rates specified herein shall be
those listed above (as such Agreement provides on the effective
date hereof) and all generally available points and Pools in the
Neutral and North Pooling Areas east of the Chandler compressor
including, but not limited to the following:

End Date(s): The end of the Day on October 31, 2026
Authorized Overrun: Unless Transporter agrees otherwise, the rate for
any daily and/or hourly authorized overrun quantities shall be
$0.2712. However, the rate for any daily and/or hourly authorized
overrun quantities which utilize the Receipt Point EOIT @ Stuart
Summ (Meter #12928) shall be $0.3749 for deliveries to Dell Power
Plant (Meter # 13197) and $0.2528 for deliveries to Secondary
Secondary Delivery Points.
In accordance with Section 2.13 of the Rate Schedule EFT, the
parties agree that the hours and MHDG(s) applicable to
"ramp-up" service available shall be as follows:
6am to 7am 1,250 Dth/H
7am to 8am 1,875 Dth/H
8am to 9am 3,000 Dth/H
Shipper will utilize a loan service under Rate Schedule PHS
TSA No 1011246 as its supply source for this service which
incorporates a nomination adjustment component.
