TW operated interstate pipelines provide critical, bump, allocation postings, shipper and/or operator scheduled quantity cut notices and capacity release recall notices; pursuant to Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Order No. 587-G and capacity release recall notices pursuant to FERC Order No. 587-N using Internet E-mail addresses.

Customers may indicate the type of notices they would prefer to receive for each Transportation Service Provider via CPS by appointing a Security Administrator within your company to add, update and/or change Notice Contact information within an employee's profile. To appoint a Security Administrator please complete the Security Administrator Form.

The electronic notices you receive will be brief. It will inform you that a critical, bump, shipper, and/or operator scheduled quantity event is taking place and where to find more information. With regard to recall notices, the message will include pertinent information to identify the transaction being recalled. This will allow you the option of using a third-party delivery service (pager, fax, etc.) for immediate notification purposes.

The E-mail notices will not replace the informational postings, which will still remain your primary source of detailed notice information.
